The delivery time is 4–14 days, depending on stock availability and restocking.

GINIMILAN will provide a detailed response within a maximum of 48 hours.

Size changes can only be made once in Italy within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Please be sure to contact us before returning for an exchange.
We will send you a return label.
The shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
From the material to the sole, all of our shoes are made of genuine leather,
so please return them in their original condition.
After receiving the shoes, we will ship the exchanged size.

REFUNDS
